Art with Jenny K. LLC® is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected of those individuals that visit our website and subscribe to our email list confidential, secure, and private. This includes any classes you sign up for through our studio located at 1735 E. Ft. Lowell Rd, Unit #11, Tucson, AZ 85719.
The information we take on our website, including your name, email address and interest in art classes is only used for regular course of business including contacting you and enrolling in our classes. We will not provide your personal information to anyone without your expressed written consent.
We may also disclose your personal information (i) to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request, (ii) to enforce or apply our terms of use artwithjennyk.com or www.jennyknappenberger.com and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes and (iii) if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Art with Jenny K.® LLC, our customers, or others. Other Important Information
Refund Policy
Art with Jenny K.’s Studio is happy to provide a full refund for your program should you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the start of the first class. No refunds will be issued to “no-shows.” No refunds will be issued should a participant be removed from a program due to discipline and safety infractions. Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the class date/time will not receive a refund or a transfer.
Sick Policy
Children should stay home and get better when they are not feeling well. There is not (at this time) a way to make up missed classes. However, all attempts will be made to get your child caught up for any class time they have missed due to illness and will be on a one-by-one basis as determined by Jenny K.
Cancellation Policy
Art with Jenny K. reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration, weather considerations, personnel emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. Should Art with Jenny K.’s Studio have to cancel your program we will issues a full refund for any registration fees within 10 business days of the program.
No shows
If a child does not show up, and no communication is provided by the legal guardian of that child, the spot will be given to a waitlisted child. We reserve the right not to enroll a child into a future class that misses an excess number of sessions in any registered class.
Clothing
Jenny K.’s Studio is a place where art is made – and it can be messy! Children should dress in comfortable clothing that they can get messy in. Aprons will be used at times, but it is not a guarantee that a child’s clothing won’t get soiled by art supplies. Art with Jenny K. LLC is not responsible for any damages to a child’s clothing.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Items
Art with Jenny K. LLC is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
Basic discipline and safety
The following guidelines should be reviewed and followed by any participating child. These rules are meant to provide a fun and safe environment for all attendees. Art with Jeny K. LLC reserves the right to exclude a child from activities and call a parent for immediate pick-up if that child is being unruly or detracting from the experience of other participants. Removal of a child negates any fee refund.
- Respect each other and each other’s personal space (including their artworks).
- Follow all instructions and safety guidelines given by the program staff/volunteers.
- Respect the facility, exhibits, and supplies.
- No inappropriate language or behavior.
- No roughhousing.
- No sharing of food without express written permission by a parent/guardian.
- Do not leave studio property unless accompanied by a parent/guardian and properly signed out.
- No electronic items in use during class.
