Free Kindness Coloring Pages: Infinity Coloring

kindness coloring pages

Description

There are “infinite” ways you can use these infinity coloring pages. These pages are designed to connect to one another on all sides. They connect on the top, bottom, and sides — endlessly.

In this post, I will explain the details of my free kindness coloring pages—what they are and a few suggestions for how to use them in your classroom. I designed this resource so that it could be versatile for many teachers. You can decide how many pages you want to use to create something unique for your class. I’ve given you a lot of options so you can easily customize this project.

Options For My Free Kindness Coloring Pages

I have included optional pieces to create a border on the final poster. I have included pieces for the right side, left side, top, bottom, and four corners. All you’ll have to do is make the appropriate number of copies based on the size of your final poster. The link to this resource is at the bottom of the post.

There are two designs included, allowing you to use this for various age ranges and abilities.

The first design is ideal for younger students in PreK-2nd grade. This design is ideal for younger students because the shapes are larger and less complex than the second version.

This design is perfect for children with developing fine motor skills.

With its more intricate details, the second design is ideal for older children from 3rd grade to adult. Yes, adults love to color too! It’s relaxing for all. [Did you know I have an adult coloring book on Amazon?? You can see it HERE.]

Design #2 is perfect for anyone with developed fine motor skills.

*Please note that while each design connects with itself, the two different designs do NOT connect to one another. These options are provided to help more teachers and parents use this activity.

Instructions For My Free Kindness Coloring Pages

To start this activity, decide which of the two infinity coloring pages you want to use with your students—design #1 or #2.

Once you know the design you want to use, then print the pages you need. If you are going to include a border on your final design, you’ll need to print those pages, too.

You can either print enough copies to create the design you want or print one page and then make copies on a copier.

Once you have enough copies for your class, then you’ll need to make a decision.

Choose one of the following options.

Either…

  1. Give your students a page and have them color it however they want. Then, have students cut out their individually colored pages and assemble the pieces.

Or…

2. Pre-assemble the pages into a large poster. Then, let your students color—like a giant coloring page! Your poster will look like wallpaper or wrapping paper. This option is great to have sitting out at a station/center or hanging on a wall in your classroom (in a calming corner, for example).

Assembling Options For My Free Kindness Coloring Pages

To assemble your poster (before or after coloring), you can tape the pieces together, pin them to a bulletin board, or glue them to a piece of poster board.

Here are a few tips:

      • Tape: If you tape the pieces together, I highly recommend that you flip the poster over and reinforce the seams with more tape.
      • Glue: If you decide to glue the pieces to poster board, I recommend using glue sticks OR brushing bottled glue on with a paintbrush for an even layer.

That’s all there is to it. I’ve done as much of the work as I can, hoping you and your students can have as much fun as possible.
